Disclaimer

Neither party shall be liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by reasons beyond its control.

Article 8

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this contract if such failure is caused by force majeure, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, or other uncontrollable events.

Article 9

Amendment

This contract may be amended by written agreement between the parties.

Termination of the Contract

This contract shall terminate in the following cases:

At the end of the agreed-upon period.
